糖尿病的中医舌象特征研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病舌象特征的研究,不仅可以为糖尿病的中医诊断提供依据,而且便于大规模、准确地收集并保存临床资料,有效地分析、总结临床经验,确切地评价中医临床疗效。回顾近30年国内研究者运用多种方法对糖尿病患者的中医舌象特征进行研究的成果,主要集中在临床观察,而利用现代科学仪器对舌象的特征进行采集分析以及将舌象与实验室指标进行关联的客观化研究还为数不多。充分利用现代化仪器设备,使糖尿病中医舌象特征的采集更加规范化和标准化,将提高中医对糖尿病本质的认识,为糖尿病中医临床诊断和疗效评价提供客观依据。Tongue features of diabetes research,not only could provide the basis for Chinese medicine diagnosis of diabetes,but also accurately collect and store clinical data in large scale,and effectively analyze,summarize clinical experience,evaluate exactly the clinical efficacy of TCM.Recalling the past 30 years,domestic researchers used various methods of TCM for researching tongue features of diabetes patients,mainly in clinical observation,while using modern scientific instruments on the characteristics of the tongue and associating tongue picture with laboratory indexes were still few.Full use modern equipments and instruments to make collecting tongue pictures of diabetes patients standardized would increase understanding of the origin of diabetes from TCM aspect,which provided objective basis for clinical diagnosis and effect evaluation of diabetes.
