717解毒合剂对蝮蛇咬伤大鼠血清PLA_2的干预作用

摘　　要：目的:观察717解毒合剂对蝮蛇咬伤大鼠血清磷脂酶A2的干预作用。方法:蝮蛇毒经大鼠左下肢局部皮下注射造模后,中药组、血清组和中药加血清组3组干预治疗,从大鼠球后静脉取血,采用ELISA法检测各组大鼠在实验不同时段血清PLA2的水平。结果:模型对照组PLA2含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),治疗后各给药组PLA2含量明显降低,其中以中药加血清组对PLA2含量的降低效果最好,与血清组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:717解毒合剂可以有效降低蝮蛇咬伤大鼠血清PLA2值。Objective： To investigate the effect of 717 Jiedu Decoction on the expression of serum PLA2 in viper bited rats.Methods： The rat model was induced by viper Venom subcutaneous injection,the experimental animals were randomly divided into three groups,and the serum PLA2 levels were detected by ELISA method in different times.Results： Compared with the normal group,the PLA2 levels of model groups were significantly increased（P0.05）;compared with pre-treatment,the PLA2 levels of each treatment group was significantly decreased after treatment,which the effect of reducing PLA2 levels of TCM plus serum group was best（P0.05）.Conclusion： 717 Jiedu Decoction can effectively decrease the level of serum PLA2 in viper bited rats.
