摘  要:目的:研究山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的制备方法。方法:采用溶剂法制备山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物,以山楂叶总黄酮与磷脂的复合率为评价指标,应用单因素考察和正交试验,确定其制备工艺条件。结果:选定山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的制备工艺条件为:无水乙醇为反应溶剂、药辅比1:2、反应物质量浓度20mg/mL、搅拌速度2 000r/min、于30℃搅拌2h至反应液澄清,除去溶剂后将能溶于二氯甲烷的物质真空干燥即得。按此工艺条件制备的山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物,复合率均达93%以上。结论:本研究建立的山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的制备工艺简单、稳定可靠、可操作性强,易于工业生产。Objective: To optimize the preparation of hawhorn leaves flavonoids phospholipids complex.Methods: To prepare hawhorn leaves flavonoids phospholipids complex by solvent method and obtain the optimal preparation by means of single factor test and orthogonal design test as the target of its recombination rate.Results: The optimized preparation conditions were as follows: the solvent was anhydrous ethanol,the ratio of hawthorn leaves flavonids to phospholipid was1:2,the mass of reaction concentration was 20mg/mL,the reactants were stirred for 2h at 30℃ at the speed of 2 000r/min,until the medium cleared.Remove the solvent,dry the materials dissolved in dichlormethane and then the complex was obtained,achieving the recombination rate of over 93%.Conclusion: The preparation techniques for hawthorn leaves flavonids phospholipid complex were easy,feasible,reliable,operable,and suitable for industrial production.
