应用MRI观察直刺膈俞穴的危险深度

摘　　要：目的:利用核磁共振成像(MRI)测量直刺膈俞穴的危险深度,探讨左右、性别、身高、体质量、BMI指数与针刺危险深度的相关性。方法:将20名成年志愿者按性别分为男性组和女性组,每组各10人,将维生素E胶丸固定于双侧膈俞穴上,应用MRI断层技术测量膈俞穴的直刺危险深度并计算其安全深度。结果:男性组左侧膈俞穴直刺危险深度为(53.7±6.8)mm,右侧为(54.8±8.9)mm,女性组左侧为(39.9±7.2)mm,右侧为(42.1±9.5)mm;男性组左侧膈俞穴直刺安全深度为(40.3±5.1)mm,右侧为(41.1±6.7)mm,女性组左侧为(29.9±5.4)mm,右侧为(31.6±7.1)mm。膈俞穴直刺危险深度及安全深度在左、右侧穴位之间的差异无统计学意义;男性组的危险深度及安全深度均明显大于女性组(P<0.05)。膈腧穴的直刺危险深度与身高、体质量及BMI指数无明显相关性。结论:膈俞穴的直刺危险深度及安全深度男女存在差别。膈俞穴的直刺危险深度与身高、体质量及BMI指数无明显相关性。Objective： To ascertain the anatomic localization of Geshu point with MRI,to measure the dangerous depth of straightly needling Geshu,to analysis the relationship between the acupuncture depth and left,right,sex,height,weight and BMI,to provide the reference data to the safety operations of clinical acupuncture.Methods： 20 adult volunteers were divided into male group which includes 10 men and female group which include 10 women.Put Vitamin E on the left side and right side Geshu points.Measure the dangerous depth of straightly needling Geshu with MRI.Results： The dangerous depth of straight needling left and right Geshu point of male is（53.7±6.8） mm and（54.8±8.9） mm.The dangerous depth of straightly needling left and right Geshu point of female is（39.9±7.2） mm and（42.1±9.5） mm.The safety depth of straightly needling left and right Geshu point of male is（40.3±5.1） mm and（41.1±6.7） mm.The safety depth of straightly needling left and right Geshu point of female is（29.9±5.4）mm and（31.6±7.1） mm.There is no statistic meaning between left Gushu point needling depth and right Gushu point needling depth.Dangerous and safety depth of straight needling of male group is obviously deeper than female group（P0.05）.There is no obvious relationship between the dangerous depth of straightly needling Geshu and these factors which is height,weight and BMI.Conclusion： There is distinction between male and female when we straightly needle Geshu.There is no obvious relationship between the dangerous depth of straightly needling Geshu and these factors which is height,weight and BMI.
