摘　　要：目的:探讨中药芪参复康胶囊治疗首发抑郁症前后患者临床症状、认知功能的变化。方法:对40例抑郁症患者给予芪参复康胶囊治疗,分别于治疗前后评定24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及进行P300检查,与38名健康志愿者的结果进行比较。结果:①治疗后试验组的HAMD分均显著性下降[(30.01±5.41)分vs.(10.45±3.18)分];②与治疗前相比,试验组治疗后P2、N2、P3潜伏期均显著性缩短,波幅均显著性升高(P<0.05);③与对照组相比,试验组治疗前P2、N2、P3潜伏期均显著性延迟,波幅均显著性降低(P<0.05);治疗后P2、N2、P3潜伏差异无统计学意义,P2、N2波幅仍显著性偏低(P<0.05),P3波幅差异无统计学意义。结论:首发抑郁症患者应用芪参复康胶囊治疗后其临床症状明显缓解、认知功能明显改善,疗效肯定。Objective： To observe the change of clinical symptoms and cognitive function of first-episode depression patients in prior and post-treatment with.Methods： 40 first-episode depression patients were given Qishen Fukang Capsules for 8 weeks and their conditions were evaluated by using 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）.The P300 was determined before and after treatment.Another 38 healthy subjects were involved as controls and they were given simultaneously the same tests.Results： ①The HAMD scores of patients were decreased significantly [（30.01 ± 5.41） score vs.（10.45 ± 3.18） score].②Compared with before treatment,the latent period of P2,N2,P3 were shortened while the amplitudes were prolonged in experiment group after treatment（P0.05）.③Compared with the control group,the latent period of P2,N2,P3 were prolonged while the amplitudes were lower in experiment group before treatment（P0.05）.There were no significant difference of the latent period of P2,N2,P3 were,and the amplitudes of P2,N2 were still lower（P0.05）,while the amplitude of P3 was no difference in experiment group after treatment.Conclusion： The clinical symptoms and cognitive function of first-episode depression patients have improved after treatment with Qishen Fukang Capsules and the curative effect is affirmative.
