解毒活血汤治疗糖尿病肾病肾衰竭随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察解毒活血汤治疗糖尿病肾病肾衰竭的疗效。[方法]选择糖尿病肾病肾衰竭患者66例。对照组予以优质低蛋白饮食、控制血糖、控制血压等基础治疗;治疗组予解毒活血汤治疗。两组均以10d为1个疗程,观察6个疗程进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组显效10例,有效15例,无效5例,总有效率为83.30%;对照组显效7例,有效13例,无效10例,总有效率为66.70%。[结论]解毒活血汤治疗糖尿病肾病肾衰竭疗效满意。[Objective] To observe the efficacy of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy renal failure Jiedu Huoxue decoction.[Methods]66 cases of diabetic nephropathy in patients with renal failure.The control group were given high-quality low-protein diet to control blood sugar,control blood pressure and other basic treatment;treatment group I treatment of Jiedu Huoxue decoction.Both groups 10 days for a course of treatment,to determine the efficacy observed 6 courses.[Results] Treatment group,10 cases markedly effective in 15 cases,5 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.30%;control group seven cases markedly effective in 13 cases,10 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate of 66.70%.[Conclusion] Jiedu Huoxue decoction treatment of diabetic nephropathy in renal failure results were satisfactory.
