温经通络汤配合烟酸片治疗雷诺氏病随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]温经通络汤配合观察烟酸片治疗雷诺氏病的疗效。[方法]将62例雷诺氏病患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各31例,治疗组采用西药烟酸片联合中药温经通络汤口服,对照组单纯口服烟酸片治疗,2个疗程(30d)后进行疗效比较。[结果]治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为93.50%、71.00%,临床治愈率分别为:74.20%、45.20%,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]烟酸片配合温经通络汤治疗雷诺氏病疗效显著。[Objective] To observe the TCM is combined with Western medicine treat Raynaud＇s disease efficacy.[Method] 62 patients with Raynaud＇s patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 31 cases each treatment group using Western medicine niacin tablet combined with the Wenjing Tongluo Tang orally,the control group were treated with nicotinic acid for treatment,two courses（30 days comparative efficacy） after.[Results] The treatment group and the control group efficiency were 93.50%,71.00% clinical cure rates were：74.20%,45.20%,and there were significant differences（P0.05）.[Conclusion] TCM is combined with Western medicine treat Raynaud＇s disease efficacy significantly.
