摘　　要：办好现代大学必须加强大楼、大师、大爱三个方面的建设。拥有一流硬件设施的大楼是物质基础和学校发展的硬件系统;拥有一流大师是大学发展的师资力量,是大学发展中必不可少的核心力量;而大爱则是当代大学发展的精神和价值追求,是一流大学发展的软件。必须积极采取措施加强这三个方面的建设。To develop well a modern university,we must strengthen such three aspects as magnificent building,great master and deep love.Owning a magnificent building with first-class hardware facilities is the material foundation;owning first-class education masters as university teaching staff is the key strength in the university development;deep love is the spirit and value pursuit of the development of contemporary universities as well as the software of a first-class university.Measures must be taken to strengthen the construction of the three aspects.
