摘  要:以瓶尔小草为原料采用醇提水沉—聚酰胺吸附、乙醇溶液梯度洗脱,得到不同洗脱物。在此基础上测定红外光谱(IR),并与黄酮类化合物对照品槲皮素、芦丁的红外光谱进行比较。结果表明,30%和50%乙醇溶液洗脱物红外光谱相似,60%和70%乙醇溶液洗脱物的红外光谱相似,而80%和90%乙醇溶液洗脱物的红外光谱有明显差异,初步指认了不同洗脱物的吸收特征峰,为瓶尔小草原料药的提取建立分析模式。The paper obtains different elution fractions by precipitating with alcohol extracting-water, absorbing with polyamide and gradient eluting with ethanol solution with Ophioglossum vlgatum L. as the material and analyzes them by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy. The results are compared with infrared spectroscopy of flavonoids quercetin reference substance and rutin. The result shows that infrared spectroscopy of elution fractions with 30% and 50% ethanol solution mainly are similar to Ophioglossum vlgatum L., the infrared spectroscopy of elution fractions with 60% and 70% ethanol solution mainly are similar to Ophioglossum vlgatum L., while the infrared spectroscopy of elution fractions with 80% and 90% ethanol solution are evidently different from Ophioglossum vlgatum L. The characteristic absorption peaks of different elution fractions are described. This method can be used as establishing analysis pattern for extraction of Ophioglossum vlgatum L. crude drug.
