摘　　要：目的探讨小儿先天性尿道下裂术后应用阴囊转移性皮瓣修复小儿尿道瘘的手术术式及疗效。方法回顾性分析我院10年来临床应用阴囊转移皮瓣覆盖技术手术治疗16例小儿阴茎高位尿道瘘。结果本组16例手术均一次成功。术后2例尿道有轻度狭窄,经尿道扩张后排尿通畅。1例瘘口在阴茎中腹侧给予阴茎双层皮瓣重迭覆盖法治疗。结论阴囊转移皮瓣手术修补位置较高的尿瘘是可行的。瘘口的大小、部位、组织材料的使用和手术技巧等与手术成功率有关。Objective To investigate the children with congenital hypospadias using scrotal skin flap in the repair of pediatric metastatic urethral fistula operation and its curative effect. Methods A retrospective review of scrotal flap coverage technology operation treatment of 16 cases of high pediatric penile urethral fistula during 10 years in our hospital was performed. Results The operations for 16 cases were all successful.There were 2 cases of postoperative urethral mild stenosis and became smooth after transurethral dilatation.1 cases of fistula in penile ventral side and treated by double flap overlapping coverage method. Conclusion The operation of scrotal flap transfer operation in repairing high urinary fistula is feasible.Fistula size,location,use of the tissue materials and operation skills are related to the successful rate of operation.
