摘  要:[目的]研究兔眼蓝莓丛芽的诱导及生根培养。[方法]以WPM培养基为基本培养基,研究不同浓度激素组合、光照强度、活性炭对兔眼蓝莓丛芽诱导及壮苗生根的影响。[结果]在2 000~3 000 Lx光照强度下,WPM+2.0 mg/L ZT+0.5 mg/L IBA培养基的丛芽诱导效果最佳,增殖系数达8.0;兔眼蓝莓的最佳壮苗生根培养基为WPM+0.5 mg/L IBA,此时生根率可达80.5%;活性炭对兔眼蓝莓组培苗的生根有抑制作用。[结论]该研究为实现蓝莓的工厂化、规模化生产提供了技术支持。[ Objective ] The paper was to study the adventitious buds induction and rooting of Vaccinium ashei. [ Method ] The effects of differ ent hormones combination and concentration, light intensity, activated carbon on the adventitious buds induction and rooting culture were stud- ied by using WPM medium as the basic medium. [ Result] The best effect could be achieved on adventitious buds induction by the medium of WPM + 2.0 mg/L ZT + 0.5 mg/L IBA within 2 000 - 3 000 Lx light intensity, and the propagation coefficient was 8.0 ; the best medium for rooting was WPM +0.5 mg/L IBA, and the rooting rate could reach to 80.5% ; the rooting of tissue cuhure seedlings of V. ashei could be in- hibited, when the activated carbon was put in the medium. [ Conclusion] This study provided technical support for the industrial and large- scale production of blueberries.
