摘 要:[目的]从基因水平上探讨披针叶八角植物的遗传多样性。[方法]以江浙地区披针叶八角种内12个不同类型的植株为材料,克隆其核糖体DNA内转录间隔区序列,应用相关软件对其序列差异进行了分析。[结果]供试的披针叶八角植物在形态上可以分为12种类型,其ITS序列长度为634~637 bp,序列差异值为0%~2.4%,ITS1和ITS2的信息位点均达到了6个;聚类分析结果有2组5种供试植株的ITS序列完全一致,而其生物学特征存在一定的差别。[结论]ITS序列同源性与结实性之间具有一定的相关性,而基于ITS序列差异值的种内分类标准并不适用于披针叶八角植物。[ Objeetive] To explore genetic diversity of llliciaceme lanceolatum in gene level. [ Method] The internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequences of ribosomal DNA were cloned by using 12 different type plants of llliciaceme lanceolatum in Jiangsu and Zhejiang area as materials, and sequence analysis of related software were analyzed. [ Result] The results showed that the morphologies of tested plants could be divided into 12 types. The length of ITS ranged from 634 to 637 bp and the sequence divergence values was f^om 0% to 2.4%. Six potontial intorma- tire sites in ITSl and ITS2. According to the (:lustering analysis results, the ITS sequence of five kinds of materials in two groups were identi cal, yet being some differences in their biological characteristics. [ Conclusion] ITS sequence homology and plant fecundity has a certain cor- relation, but it was not suitable for the plants of Illicium laceolatum in the intraspecific classification standards based on the ITS sequence di- vergence values.
