城乡土地统筹协调利用评价——以湘潭市为例

摘　　要：根据湘潭市区域特点,依据区域城乡土地统筹协调利用的相关原理,从经济协调性、生态协调性和社会协调性3大子系统共25个单项指标构建了湘潭市城乡土地统筹协调利用评价体系。通过层次分析法确定了各单项指标的权重,对湘潭市近8年的城乡土地统筹协调利用状况进行了定量分析,并在此基础上,对促进湘潭市未来城乡土地统筹协调发展提出了可行性建议。According to regional characteristics of Xiangtan City and the relevant principles of urban-rural land coordination utilization, an e valuation index system was established including 3 subsystems （economic coordination, ecological coordination, social coordination） and 25 single indicators. The weight of each index was obtained by AHP method, urban-rural land coordination utilization in recent 8 years in Xiang- tan City was quantitatively analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the utilization status, several feasible suggestions for promoting the urban-rural land coordinating develot）ment in Xianatan City were put forward.
