摘  要:水电站运行多年后,特性值会发生改变。以安康水电站为例,在分析水电站能量指标影响因素的基础上,通过在变化条件下建立等出力调节模型,对水电站的能量指标进行了复核。结果显示,径流系列、下游水位与流量关系、水位与库容关系这3种因素的变化使得安康水电站的保证出力分别减少0.05万kW、-0.2万kW,0.07万kW,多年平均发电量分别减少1.52亿kW.h、-0.02亿kW.h、0.05亿kW.h。进一步分析发现,当天然入库径流量减少时,水电站能量指标相应减小;当同一流量对应的下游水位呈下降趋势时,能量指标增大;当水库同一水位对应的库容减小时,能量指标减小;在3种因素共同作用下,安康水电站能量指标减小。After years of operation for the hydropower station, its energy index needs to be rechecked since the characteristic values of the hydropower station have changed. On the basis of analysis of the influencing factors on the energy index of the hy-dropower station, an output adjustment model was developed under variable conditions to re-check the energy index of the An-kang hydropower station. The results showed that the variations of three factors, including the runoff series, relationship be-tween downstream water level and flow discharge, and relationship between water level and reservoir capacity, reduce the guar-anteed output of hydropower station by 0. 5 thousand kw,-2 thousand kw, and 0. 7 thousand kw, respectively, and the average annual energy output had reduced by 152 million kw · h,-2 million kw · h, and 5 million kw· h, respectively. Moreover, the im-pacts of the combined actions of the three factors on the energy index of the Ankang hydropower station were analyzed. The re-sults suggested that (1) the energy index decreases with the decreasing of natural incoming runoff; (2) the energy index increa-ses with the decreasing of downstream water level under the same flow discharge scenarios; (3) the energy index decreases with the decreasing of reservoir capacity under the same water level scenarios;and (4) the energy index of Ankang hydropower sta-tion decreases under the combined impacts of the three factors.
