摘 要:北京是世界上严重缺水的大城市之一,属"资源性"和"水质性"缺水相互交织的地区。该地区在第四系地下水资源开发利用上存在着混层开采、优质地下水资源的浪费和资源利用分配的不合理等问题。因此,利用大量水质数据资料,以《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)为依据,针对常规指标、毒理指标及有机指标,制定地下水质量利用功能划分级别。按照功能区分原则,分别划分出各单指标地下水质量利用功能分区,然后对各单指标进行叠加,最后形成北京市平原区地下水资源开发利用分区。Beijing is one of the biggest cities with serious water shortage in the world, which is a water shortage area interlaced with "resources" and "water" types. Several problems exist in the development and utilization of Quaternary groundwater re-sources in Beijing, such as mixed layer mining, wasting of good-quality groundwater resources, and unreasonable utilization and distribution of groundwater resources. In this paper, a large quantity of water quality data were used to develop the partition of groundwater quality functional utilization according to the《 Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water (GB 5749-2006) 》. The parti- tion used the following indexes including conventional index, toxicological index, and organic index. According to the principle of function zoning, the partition of groundwater quality functional utilization was established based on individual indexes. The indi-vidual indexes were combined together to form a comprehensive partition of groundwater quality functional utilization for the plain area in Beijing.
