吉林省速滑项目优秀运动员的专项心理能力的研究

摘　　要：速度滑冰运动需要运动员借助冰刀的滑行,在冰面上以最少时间完成规定距离的竞技运动项目。速滑属于周期性运动,项目的特点决定了运动员心理能力将直接影响运动成绩。本研究对优秀速滑运动员的专项心理特征深入的研究和分析,从认知、情绪、意志品质几个方面对速滑优秀运动员专项心理特征进行测试。数据应用SPSS软件进行因子分析,确定出吉林省优秀速滑运动员的专项心理特征主要体现在个性特征、专项认知能力、情绪控制能力几个方面。Speed skating sports require athletes with skates glide in the ice, using the minimum time to complete the required dis- tance of competitive sports. Speed skating is a cyclical move- ment, the characteristics of the project decided the athletes men- tal abilities will directly affect their athletic performance. The study does an in-depth research and analysis on outstanding athletes＇ special psychological characteristics and tests the spe- cial psychological characteristics of elite athletes from cognitive, emotional, willpower and any other aspects. Factor analysis is made on the data with SPSS software. The result shows that the outstanding athletes＇ special psychological characteristics is mainly reflected in personality characteristics, specific cognitive abilities, emotional control and so on.
