摘  要:采用乳酸脱氢酶释放法比较研究双歧杆菌 10 2 7株及肠致病性大肠杆菌 (EPEC)对体外肠上皮细胞 L ovo细胞株粘附的细胞膜通透性 ,探讨它们对肠上皮细胞的不同生物学效应。结果表明 ,双歧杆菌粘附 L ovo细胞后 ,宿主细胞释放 L DH远较 EPEC粘附的效果低 ,提示双歧杆菌粘附对宿主细胞膜通透性影响不大 ,而 EPEC则可损伤宿主细胞膜而增加其通透性。因此 ,双歧杆菌作为生理性细菌可与肠上皮细胞和谐共生 ,这与 EPEC的粘附损伤作用明显不同。LDH release assay was used to study the changes of extracellular LDH of Lovo cells infected with bifidobacterium 1027 strain or enteropathogenic Escherichia coli(EPEC),which indicated host cells membrane permeability. The results showed that bifidobacterium 1027 strsin could induce only slightly elevation of extracellular LDH of cultured Lovo cells, but EPEC could induce remarkable changes of extracellular LDH of host cells, which suggested elevation of membrane permeability of host cells by adherence of EPEC to Lovo cells. We propose that bifidobacteria acting as phisiological microorganism do no harm to epithelial cells, but EPEC can damage host cells after EPEC adhere to epithilial cells.
