摘  要:目的本文通过研究活性氧化镁(一新型降氟剂)降氟水对小鼠精子形态的影响,从一个侧面来评价其岁全性。方法昆明种小鼠20只,随机分为5组。2组饮用活性氧化镁降氟水(镁离子浓度分别为360mg/L和180mg/L),2组饮用高氟水(100mg/L和50mg/L),另设1个对照组。对小鼠进行6个月的饮水实验。结果与对照组比,饮用活性氧化镁降氟水的小鼠精子畸形率则未见增高(P<0.05),而饮用高氟水的小鼠精子畸形率均明显增高(P<0.01)。结论饮用高氟水可诱发小鼠精子畸形。长期饮用活性氧化镁降氟水未见对小鼠精子形态的不良影响。Objective In order to evaluate the safety of drinking water defluorodation by activated magnesia (a new defluorination agent) sperm aberration test of 6 months via drinking water defluorinated in mice was carried out. Method 20 mice were random divided into 5 groups: 2 groups of drinking defluorodation water (Mg 360mg/L, 180mg/L), 2 groups of drinking high fluoride water (F 100mg/L, 50mg/L)and a control group drink ing microfluoride tap water (F 0. 50mg/L). The morphology of sperm were tested in thee after drinking defluoroda- tion water and the water of high fluoride. Result Compared with control group the sperm aberration rates were not founded significantly changes (P> 0. 05) in groups of drinking defluorodated wate and significantly increase in mice of high fluoride groups(P <0. 01 ). Conclusion The sperm aberration rate of mice were significantly in- crease after drinking high fluoride water, but no adverse effects of defluorodated drinking water on sperm morpholo- gy were noticed.
