摘　　要：我国动物福利发展受多种因素影响而相对滞后,但由于国际贸易需求以及社会文明进步,我国健全完善动物福利制度刻不容缓。本文介绍了动物福利的概念,分析了国内外动物福利的现状及对我国中药、畜产品贸易的影响,倡导实现人与自然、动物的和谐相处并加快动物福利立法进程。Although the research and development of domestic animal welfare status is lagged due to a variety of factors in China, however, with the demand of international trade and the progress of social civilization, the domestic animal welfare sys- tem needs to be amended urgently nowadays. This paper introduced the concept of animal welfare, analyzed,domestic and inter- national animal welfare status and its effects on Chinese medicinal herb and animal by-products trades. Harmonious co-existence among man, nature and animal was initiated, meanwhile, animal welfare legislation should be accelerated.
