摘　　要：以就业为导向的高等职业教育人才培养方案是教学改革的核心,必须适合高等职业院校大学生的就业、职业发展和个人成才的需要。本文以就业为导向的《养猪》人才培养方案从专业设置、创业能力、综合素质等基于创业活动的教学过程、基于就业导向型课程体系和基于创业需求的课程培养目标等方面进行探究,通过大学生创业计划大赛,加强养猪创业人才的培养。Taking employment as the orientation of higher occupation education training program is the core of teaching re- form, which must be suitable for the employment, occupation development and personal growth need of the higher occupation college students. This article discussed talent training scheme of Swine Breeding on below aspects including teaching process such as professional setting, entrepreneurial ability, overall quality, and curriculum system based on employment guidance, as well as training objective. Meanwhile,business plan contest was carried out to strength entrepreneurial talent development of Swine Breeding
