摘 要:肿瘤全身热疗是利用物理疗法,使组织加热,温度上升到有效治疗温度(40.0℃-42.5℃),并维持一段时间,引起肿瘤细胞生长受阻与死亡。肿瘤热疗计算机管理系统的应用对肿瘤患者的规范化治疗与辅助治疗能提供重要帮助。Whole body hyperthermia for malignant tumor is based on physical therapy It ean heat tissues. When the temperature reaches the effective temperature (40.0℃ -42. 5℃) and remains a while, it will stunt the growth of the tumor cell and will cause the death of the cell. Its characteristics are long treatment duration, high frequency of treatment, and each treatment requires a large a- mount of data for analysis and recording. Thus it is important to use computer for a systematic management. The computer management system of the whole body hyperthermia includes seven functional modules : basic information, hyperthermia management, nursing man- agement, equipment management, case management, and scientific research and literature management. Each module can be used in- dependently, but interrelated which is conducive to systematic management and query. The application of tumor hyperthermia computer management system provides significant help to the standardized treatment and adjuvant therapy of cancer patients.
