摘　　要：目的:文章通过对新疆12个地区68所县医院卫生资源配置状况的调查,了解新疆各县医院卫生资源配置的整体情况,以期为今后对县医院的建设情况进行深入分析奠定基础。方法:采用描述性的分析方法,对各县级医院2005-2009年的各项指标进行描述分析。结果:2005-2009年全疆在岗职工数总体人数呈上升趋势,各年差异较小,增长速度缓慢,县医院卫生总费用,总体呈上升趋势,总资产呈现出逐年增长的趋势,且增长速度很快。结论:经调查发现新疆县医院仍存在卫生机构人员总体数量不足,政府投入整体不足,以及资产增长迅速等问题。Objective： We analyzed 68 country hospitals distributed in 12 regions in Xinjiang, in order to understand the allocations of the health resources and to lay a foundation for deep ~nalysis on the construction of country hospitals in future. Methods： Descriptive statistical analysis was used to describe the indicators of each county hospital in 2005--2009. gesults： The total number of the staffs in Xinjiang country hospitals showed a slow growth but upward trend during 2005 to 2009, as while as the total health expenditure. The amount of assets grew quickly and showed a growth trend year by year, Conclusion： Our results showed that the torsi number of staffs in Xinjiang country hospitals is still not enough. Meanwhile, insufficient of government investments and the rapid growth of asset are also need to be noticed.
