气囊导尿管气囊注入气体与液体对置管安全性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨留置导尿时气囊注入空气与灭菌注射用水对置管安全性的影响。方法对照组32例导尿时气囊注入空气15mL,实验组32例导尿时气囊注入灭菌注射用水15mL,观察两组在置管期间发生脱管、漏尿、气囊内空气与水的泄漏情况及患者尿不尽感的影响。结果两组在置管期间脱管、漏尿、气囊内空气与水的泄漏及患者尿不尽感有较显著差异(P<0.05)。结论气囊尿管导尿时气囊内注入灭菌注射用水更安全舒适可靠。Objective To investigate the injected air and sterile water for injection safety of catheter catheterization balloon. Methods In the control group of 32 cases of catheterization balloon into the air 15mL, experimental group, 32 cases of catheterization balloon injection of sterile water for injection 15mL, to observe the two groups occurred during catheter detached, urine leakage, airbag, air and water leakage and urine of patients with different sense. Results During the catheter off the tube, leakage of urine, airbags, air and water leaks and urine of patients with different sense of the more significant differences （P 0.05）. Conclusion The balloon catheter catheterization balloon inject sterile water for injection is a more safe and comfortable and reliable.
