宫颈微波和宫颈电环切除术治疗慢性宫颈炎160例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈微波术与宫颈电环切除术(LEEP)治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将160例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为A组和B组各80例,A组给予微波治疗,B组给予LEEP治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效及并发症情况。结果:两组轻、中度治愈率及总有效率比较均无显著差异(P>0.05);B组重度糜烂治愈率明显高于A组(P<0.05),但总有效率比较无显著差异(P>0.05);B组并发症发生率明显高于A组(P<0.01)。结论:微波治疗适合轻、中度宫颈糜烂患者,LEEP适合重度糜烂患者,临床可根据患者病情的轻重程度选择合理的治疗方案。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the microwave technique to cer- vical and cervical loop electrosurgical excision {LEEP} to chronic cervicitis. Method： 160 cases with chro- nic cervicitis were randomly divided into group A and group B, each group has 80 cases, group A was given microwave treatment, group B received LEEP treatment, clinical efficacy and complications were observed. Result： The mild, moderate cure rate and total effective rate of the two groups were not significantly different（ P〉 0.05 ） ; the cure rate of severe erosion of group B was significantly higher than that of the group A （ P 〈 0.05 }, but there was no significant difference in total efficiency （ P〉 0.05 ） ; the incidence of complications of group B was significantly higher than that of group A （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Microwave treatment is suitable for mild to moderate patients with cervical erosion, LEEP is suitable for severe erosion, we should choose the right treatment according to the clinical severity of disease.
