摘 要:鼓风炉铬镁砖渣中采用GB/T8152.1-2006铅量的分析方法,铬与硫酸反应生成Cr2-(SO4)3沉淀进入待测溶液,其颜色影响无法判断终点,引起分析结果不准确。采用预先加入NaOH与H2O2与铬离子生成CrO24-,在过滤PbSO4时将其分离的方法,从而消除铬的干扰;并对此方法进行了条件试验、精密度和回收率试验,证明此方法准确可靠。GB/T8152.1 - 2006 is a standard method for chemical analysis of lead content. However, this method is not valid when it was used to determine the lead content in the residue of magnesia chrome bricks in the blast fur- nace, because Cr203 would react with sulfuric acid to form Cr2(SO4)3 interfusing with the PbSO4 precipitate. Then Cr3 + entered into the sample solution so that its color interfered the end point of titration and accordingly resulted in the inaccuracy of the analysis. This paper presents a method, adding NaOH and H202 in advance to oxidate Cr^3+ to CrO^2-4 and then separating CrO^2-4 from PbSO4 as it was filtered, to eliminate the interference of chromi- um. And a series of conditional, accuracy and recovery rate experiments were conducted to prove the reliability of this method.
