摘　　要：为了实现银行结算系统和医院信息系统之间的通信,构建一个跨行业、跨系统的新型结算平台,将Delphi多线程技术应用到同步阻塞型Socket编程中,采用TCP/IP协议进行通信,数据报文经加密后进行发送和接收。医院和银行间的数据能够实现高效、无差错发送和接收。提供了一种面向连接的可靠的数据传输方法,实现医院和银行的联网实时结算。Delphi multi-thread technology is applied to the synchronous blocking type Socket programming to realize the communication between banking settlement system and hospital information system,and to implement a new cross-trade,cross-system settlement platform.TCP/IP protocol is used for communication,and packets are encrypted for transmission and reception.The packet can be transmitted and received with high effectiveness and accuracy between the hospital and the bank.It is a connection-oriented,reliable data transmission method,which can implement the network connection and real time settlement between the hospital and the bank.
