摘　　要：[目的 ]观察金仓鼠松果体与缰核之间的神经联系 .[方法 ]用辣根过氧化物酶逆行追踪法 .[结果 ]将辣根过氧化酶注入缰核时在松果体实质内观察到圆形、卵圆形、梭形或多角形的辣根过氧化物酶的棕褐色神经细胞 .辣根过氧化物酶的神经细胞数量较多 ,散在于松果体实质内 .[结论 ]金仓鼠松果体实质内神经元投射到缰核 .OBJECTIVE To study the direct projection from the nucleus in the parenchyma of the pineal gland to the habenula nucleus. METHODS Retrograde tracing method was used. RESULTS Horseradish peroxidase solution was introduced into the habenula nucleus by microelectrophoresis in 20 experimetal animals. Horseradish peroxidase labelled cells distributed in the parenchyma of the pineal gland. CONCLUSION The projction from the nucleus in the parenchyma of the pinedal gland to the habenular nueleus in the golden hamster was demonstrated.
