黄芩苷几种固体制剂制备和质量检查的实验设计

摘　　要：黄芩具有广泛的中药用途,其药效成分黄芩苷已被应用于不同剂型的药物中。将黄芩苷不同剂型的制备引入药学专业本科生的药剂实验中,结合黄芩苷的性质和不同剂型的特点,设计并制备出了适合本科生实验教学的黄芩苷片剂、滴丸和栓剂三种固体剂型,并分别对其进行质量检查,均取得了较好的实验效果。构建的实验方法可作为实验教学素材引入本科生药剂学开放性实验课中。The pharmacological compound of Scutellaria in traditional Chinese medicine has been applied in many kinds of medicine with different dosage forms.In this study,the preparation of different Baicalin formulations has been first introduced to the undergraduate pharmaceutical experimental course.Considering the properties of Baicalin and the characteristics of different formulations,three kinds of dosage forms suitable for undergraduate experimental teaching have been designed and prepared,which were baicalin tablets,pills and suppositories,respectively.The quality examinations have been well performed.It can be used as an open experimental teaching material in the undergraduate pharmaceutical experimental course.
