摘　　要：随着高校实验室建设的不断强化,如何从管理的角度更好地调动相关人员的积极性,不断提高实验装备的效能,更好地为教学、科研提供服务成为亟需面对和解决的突出问题。对这些问题进行了初步的分析、探讨并提出了可能的解决方法以供参考。With the continual enhancement of laboratory development in the high education,a series of problem,which should be faced and resolved from the point view of management,becoming more and more serious.They are how to simulate the enthusiast of the personnel related to laboratory,and then to improve the utility of the laboratorial equipments continuously,and to provide even better serves to routine teaching and scientific research work for undergraduates,graduates and relative professionals finally.Focused on these problems,it is analyzed and discussed that the probably resolutions for reference.
