摘　　要：皮肤在维持机体内环境稳态上起着重要的作用。大面积烧伤严重威胁生命。在烧伤处理和重建外科上亟需皮肤替代物。近 10多年来 ,体外或体内皮肤培养技术有了很大发展。目前这些方法已是烧伤整形外科的常用技术之一。本综述探讨了皮肤培养的原理、新技术、传递系统、细胞因子及临床应用的最新进展。The skin play a crucial role in maintaining the homeostasis of the body's internal millien.Extensive burns affect life seriously.In burn management and reconstructive surgery,skin replacements is often necessary.Over the last decade,skin culture in vitro or in vivo has been developing.At present,these methods are valuable alternatived or complements in burns and plstic surgery.This review deals with the current approaches to the development o the principle,new technology,delivery system,cytokine and clinic outcomes of te skin culture.
