摘　　要：探索了盐地碱蓬愈伤组织原生质体提取过程中所需要的酶浓度及其比例、最适甘露醇浓度,以得到最佳盐地碱蓬原生质体的纯化方法。结果表明,原生质体分离的最佳条件是:甘露醇0.7 mol/L、纤维素酶3.0%、离析酶1.0%和果胶酶0.2%。The optimal enzyme prescription and mannitol concentrations for protoplast extraction from Suaeda salsa callus were tested in this paper, and also the optimum purification method. The results showed that the optimum conditions for protoplast separation were 0.7 mol/L mannitol, 3.0% cellulose, 1.0% macerozyme and 0.2% pectolase.
