摘　　要：随着船舶海水系统防腐防漏设计要求的提高,中央冷却系统已广泛采用。鉴于需要冷却的设备多、布置分散、使用工况复杂,因此中央冷却系统实现自动化就尤为重要。以某型综合电力推进船舶为例,介绍了基于西门子S7-400H型PLC的船舶中央冷却系统自动控制装置的组成和工作原理,提出了以可靠、安全、节能和精度为控制目标,可有效减轻船员劳动强度。With the increasing requirement of anticorrosion and leak-proof design for ship seawater system, the central cooling system has been widely used. For the ships with various cooling equipments, disperse arrangement and complicated operation status, the automatic central cooling system becomes especially important. Taking an integrated electric ship as example ,this paper introduces the components and operation principle of a ship central cooling system controller based on SIEMENTS S7-400H PLC, and presents that with the control target of reliability, security, energy-saving and precision, the crew workload can be effectively reduced.
