摘　　要：数控雕铣机是一种同时具备雕刻和铣削加工能力的数控铣床,其主要特征是使用小刀具和高速主轴进行雕铣加工。本文主要讲述如何利用CNC雕铣机雕刻复杂图形。双龙戏珠图案用AutoCAD绘制,经过处理和修改并保存为.dxf格式,用JDPaintv软件生成加工程序,NCStudio雕铣控制系统控制刀具路线最终完成雕刻过程。实践证明用雕铣机雕刻双龙戏珠图案经济快捷,雕铣过程易操作,质量稳定。NC engraving and milling machine is a kind of milling machine with the process of engraving and milling. Its principal character is milling fast applying small tools and high speed spindle. In this paper, the example of engraving the chart of two dragons with a ball will make this clear aiming for giving reference material for technologist and polytechnic students. The graphic plotting and processing and saving as .dxf was completed with AutoCAD and the job program was generated with JDPaintv software and the tool route was controlled by NCStudio control system. Finally, the engraving of the chart was completed with CNC engraving and milling machine. The practical proof is that engraving the chart for stable quality fast, simply at low price.
