我国循环经济下绿色物流体系的构建

摘　　要：阐述绿色物流与循环经济的关系,通过理论与实证分析,指出物流虽然对经济发展做出了巨大贡献,但伴随着运输、仓储、配送、包装、装卸搬运、流通加工等物流功能的实现,也产生了许多环境问题。提出构建绿色物流体系的几条路径:企业物流绿色化;发展第三方物流,建立城市物流分层配送系统;构建供应链绿色物流系统以及通过政策引导,树立绿色物流理念。This paper illustrates the relationship between green logistics and circular economy. Based on theory and practice, the logistics functions of transportation, storage, distribution, packaging, handling, and processing cause many environmental problems though they contribute greatly to the economic growth. To build the green logistics system, this essay puts forward four approaches including construction of the green enterprise＇s logistics system, development of Third Party Logistics and stratified logistics service in cities, establishment of green supply chain of logisitics system, and fostering a public awareness of green logistics through government policies.
