福建省科技服务业发展环境及对策探析——基于2009—2011年的数据分析

摘　　要：指出科技服务业发展水平是衡量一个国家或地区综合竞争力水平的重要指标,加快科技服务业发展对海西经济建设、调整经济结构、增强区域竞争力有着非同寻常的意义。借助SWOT模型,从优势、劣势、机遇和威胁四个方面对福建省科技服务业发展进行深入分析,并在此基础上提出发展福建省科技服务业的若干建议。This paper points out that the development level of science and technology service industry is a key indicator of competitiveness for a country or a region. The development of science and technology service industry will contribute significantly to the construction of Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Taiwan Strait, the adjustment of economic structure, and strengthening the regional competitiveness. Based on the SWOT analysis model, this paper deeply analyzes the development of science and technology service industry in Fujian province from four aspects, i.e. the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, and on this basis it puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the development strategy of the science and technology service industry in Fujian province.
