摘 要:链条炉排风室横向配风的均匀性是影响锅炉燃烧效率的重要因素。通过数值模拟研究了炉排现有风室结构的内部空气流动特性,分析了流场不均匀的原因。根据风室供风的性能要求和空气流动基本理论,提出了几种新风室结构方案。对比发现,一种变截面的风室结构比较理想。数值模拟结果表明这种变截面风室出口风量比较均匀,且风室结构简单,可以提高锅炉燃烧效率。The uniformity of air transverse distribution of windbox is an important factor of the efficiency of travelling grate stoker boiler. The air distribution of the old - type windbox was analyzed by numerical simulation and the reasons of the uneven air distribution were discussed. Several new structures of windbox were designed on the basis of fluid dynamics theory and the performance requirement of air supply. Comparing these new structures, it was found that the air distribution of the one windbox with variable cross - section was preferable. The result of numerical simulation indicated that the outlet air mass flow was relatively even and the new - type windbox had a simple constrnetiou so that the efficiency of boiler can be increased.
