摘 要:通过对某可调侧向进汽机组全三维流场计算分析发现:侧向进汽会导致下游级组扭矩和流量沿周向分布不均匀,在相同的进出口条件下,侧向进汽的影响级组通流能力明显减小,减少了11.9%,输出功率减少28.4%,效率降低18.8%;相同进出口流量条件下,动叶局部最大扭矩为均匀进汽的1.55倍左右,对叶片强度提出了较高的要求,效率降低17.9%。对侧向进汽机组的设计要充分考虑周向不均匀特性对机组气动性能的影响和对强度考核的要求。为侧向进汽机组通流设计提供了一定参考和指导方向。Through full three-dimensional flow field calculation of an adjustable lateral inlet turbine unit, it was found that: lateral inlet would cause the torque and the mass flow of the downstream stage non-uniform distributed along the circumference. With the same inlet and outlet pressure, it leads the lateral inlet turbine unit a significant reduction of flow capacity, including a decrease of 11.9% in mass flow, 28.4% reduction in output power and 18.8% reduction in efficiency; With the same inlet and outlet mass flow rate, the local maximum torque of rotor blades is 1.55 times as the one under the condition of uniform inlet. So under the condition of lateral inlet, it would require higher demands on the blade strength, and causes 17.9% reduction in efficiency. The design of the lateral inlet turbine unit should fully consider the characteristic of circumference non-uniformity would affect the aerodynamic performance and the strength of the assessment requirements. It would provide certain reference and direction on steam turbine flow path design.
