摘 要:在火电机组中,汽轮机乏汽的热量被排放到环境中,致使机组冷源损失较大,机组发电热效率难以提升,并且会造成环境的热污染,为了回收大量循环水余热,以NZK660-24.2/566/566为例,利用热泵技术,拟将回收的循环水余热利用到本机组的给水系统之中,取代7号加热器的抽汽。建立余热回收的物理模型和数学模型,对机组进行热经济性分析与计算,并和原来机组进行对比,结果表明该模型提高了机组的热经济性。作为火电机组冷源优化方式的一种新的尝试,为火电机组余热回收的研究提供了参考。In a thermal power unit, exhaust heat of steam turbine is released into the environment, resulting in great loss of the cold sources, thermal pollution and difficult to improve thermal efficiency of the unit,in order to recover a large number of circulating water waste heat, taking the NZK660 - 24.2/566/566 unit as an example, using of heat pump technology, Intends to recycle the circulating water waste heat and utilization of it to the water supply system of the unit to replace No7 heater extraction. Applying the heat pump technology to the thermal system of thermal power unit, physical and mathematical models of the waste heat recovery model were established, on the unit for hot economic analysis and calcula- tion, and compared with he original unit, the results show that the model improves the thermal economy of the unit. As a new attempt to optimize the cold source of the thermal power units and provides a reference for the study of thermal power units of waste heat recovery.
