甘肃金银花对小鼠红细胞免疫功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:比较甘肃金银花与正品金银花对小鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:采用流式细胞技术对小鼠红细胞的免疫黏附功能(C3bR受体和免疫复合物)进行测定,观察甘肃金银花与正品金银花对小鼠红细胞免疫功能影响的差异。结果:甘肃金银花和正品金银花干预的小鼠红细胞C3bR指数与病理性循环免疫复合物(IC)指数显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),但甘肃金银花和正品金银花各浓度组之间无显著性差异。结论:甘肃金银花和正品金银花均可增加小鼠红细胞的免疫功能,即在红细胞免疫功能方面甘肃金银花与正品金银花具有相同的药用价值。Objective： To compare the effects of Gansu honeysuckle and native one on immunologic function of red blood cells in mice. Method： Immunological and adhesive functions （C3bR receptor and immune complex） of erythrocytes in mice were detected by flow cytometry, the differences of Gansu honeysuckle and native one on immunologic function of erythrocytes in mice were observed and explored. Result： C3bR index and immune complex （IC）oferythrocytesinmiceof Gansu honeysuckle and native one groups were higher than that of blank group （P〈0.05）and there was no significant difference in different concentrations between groups of Gansu honeysuckle and native one. Conclusion：Gansu honeysuckle and native one can enhance immunologic function of erythrocytes in mice, i.e.Gansu honeysuckle and native one have the same medicinal values on immunologic function of erythrocytes.
