湿热消腰部外敷热导入疗法对ⅢA型前列腺炎细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察湿热消腰部外敷热导入疗法对ⅢA型前列腺炎患者前列腺按摩液中IL-2、IL-6和I L-8水平的影响。方法:将160例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,分别给予湿热消腰部外敷热导入加前列安栓及单纯前列安栓治疗,以30天为1个疗程。观察治疗前后各组患者前列腺按摩液中IL-2、IL-6和IL-8水平的变化情况。结果:与治疗前比较2组患者前列腺按摩液中IL-2水平明显升高(P<0.01),IL-6及IL-8水平明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:湿热消腰部外敷热导入可提高ⅢA型前列腺炎患者前列腺按摩液中IL-2水平,同时降低IL-6及IL-8水平。Objective： To observe the effect of ShiReXiao, applied externally and hot introduced to the loin, on the levels of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 in prostatic fluid, obtained through massage, of patients with prostatitis of ⅢA type.Method： The 160 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally, who received ShiReXiao and QianLie AnShuan,QianLie AnShuan respectively. One course of treatment was 30 days. Changes of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 in prostatic fluid before and after treating were observed. Result： Level of IL-2 contained in prostatic fluid of patients of both groups raised compared with that before treating （P〈0.01）, levels of IL-6 and IL-8 lowered remarkably （P〈0.01）, the treatment group was superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：ShiReXiao applied externally and hot introduced can improve level of IL-2, decrease levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in prostatic fluid of patients with prostatitis of ⅢA type.
