林氏降脂散治疗高血脂症133例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察林氏降脂散治疗高血脂症的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的265例原发性高血脂症患者随机分为治疗组133例和对照组132例,分别给予林氏降脂散及血脂康胶囊治疗,疗程8周,观察2组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)治疗前后的变化情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后同组TC、TG较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善较对照组明显(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后治疗组TC、TG稳定性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:林氏降脂散治疗高血脂症有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of LinShi JiangZhiSan in treating hyperlipoidemia. Method：All 265 cases were randomized into 133 cases in the treatment group and 132 cases in the control group. Both groups were given with LinShi JiangZhiSan and XueZhiKang capsule for eight weeks, clinical effects and changes of TC and TG were observed before and after treating. Result： TC and TG improved greater after treating than before treatinginthesamegroup （P〈0.05）,and the improvement of the treatment group was superior to that the control group remarkably（P〈0.05）;curative effects of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; the stability of TC and TG in the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group after treating for six months （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：LinShi JiangZhiSan is effective in treating hyperlipoidemia.
