熟鸡蛋内膜配合氧疗治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ期压疮的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨熟鸡蛋内膜配合氧疗治疗压疮的护理措施。方法:29例Ⅱ-Ⅲ期压疮患者在熟鸡蛋内膜配合氧疗治疗的过程中给予常规护理、分期护理、饮食护理等护理措施,观察护理干预后压疮疮面愈合情况。结果:经7日精心医护,治愈14例,占48.3%;显效7例,占24.1%;有效8例,占27.6;无效0例,总有效率达100.00%。经14日精心医护,治愈26例,占89.7%;显效3例,占10.3%;有效0例;无效0例,总有效率达100.00%。结论:在熟鸡蛋内膜配合氧疗治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ期压疮的过种中给予上述护理措施,有助于压疮疮面的愈合。To explore nursing method for inner membrane of boiled egg and oxygen therapy in treating pressure sore. Method： All 29 patients were given with routine care, nursing by stages and dietary nursing, the healing conditions of pressure sores after nursing intervention were observed. Result： After seven days＇ care, 14 cases were cured and they occupied 48.3%; seven cases were improved and 24.1%; eight cases effective and 27.6%; zero case ineffective and total effective rate was 100.00%. After 14 days＇ careful care, 26 case cured and 89.7%; three cases improved and 10.3%; zero case effective and ineffective, total effective rate was 100.00%. Conclusion： All nursing methods given to the patients during the therapeutic courseare helpful to the healing of pressure sores.
