摘　　要：目的:研究疏肝健脾、化痰活血方对幼鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)体外模型肝细胞线粒体膜流动性、膜电位水平的干预作用。方法:软脂酸诱导幼鼠原代培养肝细胞复制NAFLD细胞模型,并用疏肝健脾、化痰活血方药含药血清干预,荧光比色法检测肝细胞线粒体膜流动性和膜电位水平。结果:中药能明显提高NAFLD体外模型细胞线粒体膜流动性、膜电位水平。结论:疏肝健脾、化痰活血方能有效改善肝细胞线粒体膜流动性和膜电位水平,防护体外NAFLD细胞模型线粒体损伤。Objective： To study on the method of Shuganjianpi, Huatanhuoxue effecting the mitochondrial membrane liq- uidity and membrane potential level of vitro cell model of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） . Methods： The cell model of NAFLD was established by adding palmitic acid to liver cells of cultivated immature rats, then using the Shuganjianpi, Hua- tanhuoxue herbs to intervene the cell model of NAFLD. The mitochondrial membrane liquidity, and membrane potential level of liver cell mitochondria was inspected with fluorescence spectrophotometer. Results： The mitochondrial membrane liquidity and membrane potential level of the Chinese medicine group were higher than the model group＇s. Conclusion： The method of Shugan- jianpi, Huatanhuoxue could regulate the level of mitoehondrial membrane liquidit and membrane potential of the NAFLD model cells effectively, and protect mitochondrial of vitro cell model of NAFLD.
