摘 要:目的采用超声颈动脉回声跟踪技术(echo-tracking)了解在给予多柔比星过程中兔颈动脉结构及僵硬度参数随时间的变化情况。方法选择雄性健康新西兰大白兔40只,给予盐酸多柔比星静脉注射。在给药前、第8周末及第16周末通过超声检查兔颈总动脉内中膜厚度(intimamedia thickness,IMT)及僵硬度的各项参数:僵硬度系数(arterial stiffness index,β)、弹性系数(pressure-strain elastic modulus,Ep)、顺应性(arterial compli-ance,AC)、膨大指数(augmentation index,AI)和脉搏波传导速度(pulse wave velocity,PWV)。并作颈动脉光镜和透射电镜组织形态学观察。结果实验兔在注射多柔比星后,颈动脉IMT、β、Ep、AC、AI、PWV在给药前、第8周末及第16周末未出现有统计学意义的变化(P>0.05)。给药前后光镜下观察颈动脉壁结构未见明显改变,给药前后电镜下观察颈动脉壁超微结构亦未见明显变化。结论通过超声检测发现静脉给予兔反复注射多柔比星对颈动脉结构及僵硬度没有明显的影响。Objective To use the ultrasound echo -tracking technique (echo -tracking, ET) in assessment of doxorubicin impact on carotid artery in rabbits. Methods Intravenous injection of doxorubicin was given to 40 health male New Zealand rabbits. The intimamedia thickness (IMT) and the stiffness parameters, including arterial stiffness index (13) , pressure - strain elastic modulus (Ep) , arterial compliance (AC) , augmentation index (AI) and pulse wave velocity (PWV), of rabbit left common carotid artery were assessed using ultrasonic ET at baseline, and the end of the 8th and 16th week; so were the pathological investigation with light microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results No significant change in carotid artery IMT, 13, Ep, AC, AI and PWV was revealed according to ultrasonic ET (P 〉 0. 05). Meanwhile, no significant structure or ultramicrostructure change was observed using light microscopy or electron microscope examination. Conclusion No doxorubicin - induced change of carotid artery in rabbits is revealed using ultrasonic ET technology.
