摘　　要：文章阐述了用含稀土低合金钢采用水淬调质热处理工艺,生产R95钢级石油套管的实验室及工业试验过程,试验室及工业试验结果表明,该方法生产的R95钢级石油套管的性能符合标准要求,采用含稀土低合金钢采用水淬调质热处理工艺还可以降低生产成本。In the article,it is studied the process and results of laboratory and industrial tests for manufacturing R95 oil casings with the low alloy steel containing the rare earth and the heat treatment process with water quenching and tempe- ring. The tests results show that the performances of R95 oil casings are in accordance with the requirements of standard and the production costs could be reduced.
