摘  要:采用火花源原子发射光谱法直接测定润滑油中Fe、Al、Cu等19种元素,通过对预热时间、积分时间、分析谱线的选择和检出限的测定确定最佳工作状态。测定油样以基体元素H元素为内标元素,采用相对强度法,有效的克服了基体效应产生的影响。通过精密度和准确度的测定,确定各元素的分析范围以测出润滑油中各元素的含量,确定大型润滑设备的换油周期。19 elements such as Fe, A1 and Cu in lubricating oil can be directly determined by the spark source atomic emission spectrometry as well as the optimum working situation could be decided by choosing the preheating time, integra- tion time, analysis spectral lines and determination of detection limits. The test samples are with the matrix element H as the internal standard element. With the relative intensity method, the influences of the matrix effects have been overcome effec- tively. The analytical range of all elements is determined through determining precision and accuracy as well as the oil drain intervals for large lubrication equipment are determined through measuring the contents of all elements in lubricating oil.
