摘　　要：文章重点分析了企业档案馆电子资源利用率,指出了目前企业档案馆电子资源利用率不高的表现形式,研究提出了提升电子档案资源利用率的有效措施,使电子档案资源真正发挥出应有的效能,为企业档案馆数字化建设增添新的活力。In this paper, it is mainly analyzed the utilization ratio of electronic resources in archives of enterprises as well as pointed out the manifestation that it is not high at present. Finally, the effective measures for improving it are pat for- ward through studies,which could make the effieiencies of electronic archives resources really brought into play so as to make the digital construction of archives of enterprises more vigouroas.
