摘　　要：基于"出发点和根本目标"进行高校图书馆知识服务探析,至关重要。加强文献资源建设,满足学校教学科研工作需要;建立并完善图书馆自动化、网络化体系,服务于广大师生;坚持以人为本原则,提高服务水平;加强图书馆文化建设是服务于广大师生的动力源泉。渭南师范学院图书馆对此进行了积极地实践和探索。It is very important to analyze the services provided by colleges and universities on the basis of Starting Point and Final Target Model. Libraries at colleges and universities should enrich their collections to meet the needs of teaching and research activities, provide better services to teachers and students by setting up and improving their automation and network system, and try to reach a higher service level by adhering to the people - oriented principle. Only by strengthening the construction of their culture, could college and university libraries serve better for teachers and students. The Library of Weinan Normal University has made great efforts and practice on this aspect.
