摘　　要：学科馆员服务制度的实施,推动了图书馆由传统的"阵地"服务向知识服务转型,反过来在图书馆的转型过程中进一步促进了学科馆员服务可持续发展。榆林学院图书馆学科馆员服务的实践与探索证明,需求引导学科服务才能创造更多的价值,团队协作精神体现了学科服务的最大效益,提升馆员业务素质是学科服务质量的保障,建立绩效奖励机制是学科服务长胜不衰的法宝。The implementation of subject librarian service has motivated libraries to turn from the traditional ＂ battle filed＂ service pattern to knowledge service. It also further promotes the sustainable development of subject librarians during library transformation. The practice and exploration of subject librarian service in Yulin University Library show that subject service required by social demand creates more value, team cooperation spirit reflects the maximum benefit, librarians＂ professional qualities guarantee the service quality and performance incentive mechanism is the key to keep subject librarian service everlasting.
