摘　　要：目的对中成药杜仲叶冲剂进行主要药效学及急性毒性研究。方法用RM 6 0 0 0型四道生理记录仪测定其对麻醉猫血压的影响 ;用大鼠离体子宫平滑肌实验法 ,观察其对垂体后叶的作用 ;用垂体后叶引起妊娠小鼠不完全性流产模型 ,观察保胎作用 ;用小鼠灌胃给药法进行急性毒性实验。结果杜仲叶冲剂能使麻醉猫血压平缓而较持久地明显降低 ;能显著对抗垂体后叶所致子宫平滑肌的强烈收缩 ;能使垂体后叶所致的流产动物数显著减少 ,产仔数相对增加 ;对小鼠空腹最大耐受量灌胃 ,未见急性毒性反应。结论杜仲叶冲剂具有明显降压和安胎作用 ,且无明显急性毒性反应 ,为临床治疗胎动不安、先兆流产及高血压症提供了实验依据。Objective To study the main pharmacodynamics and acute toxicity of eucommia leaves electuary. Methods The effect of eucommia leaves electuary on the blood pressure of anesthetized cats was measured with RM-6000 four channel physiological recorder. The effect of eucommia leaves electuary on pituitrin was observed in uterine smooth muscle of rats in vitro. The protection of growth of the fetus of eucommia leaves electuary was observed in the incomplete abortion model caused by pituitrin in mouse. The acute toxicity of eucommia leaves electuary administered orally was observed. Results Eucommia leaves electuary can decrease significantly the blood pressure slowly and persistently in anesthetized cats and resist the intensive constract caused by pituitrin. It can decrease the number of abortion caused by pituitrin, while the number of birth increased. The effect of acute toxicity of eucommia leaves elecuary was not found even if mouse was administered by gavage maximum tolerable dose. Conclusion Eucommia leaves electuary can significantly decrease blood pressure and protect growth of the fetus.
